Hi to all carp fisherman from beginners to expert...
My name is Lee Williams from Solihull West Midlands England. I've been carp fishing since the early 70's catching anything from minnows to bream and tench...In 1978 a fishery called Somers opened up, it was about six miles from my home, so I went and checked the place out.
When I arrived on the bank ...I saw this igloo style tent, two rods and bite alarms, so I had a chat with the first carper I saw..
(I stayed for a few hours picking his brains) and while I was trying to feed my brain he caught a 14 Pounder. (It was my lucky day ...I think its fate myself)

I wanted a piece of this... and it all went on from there on, I've just got more and more addicted to carp fishing, I've leaned so much about it because of my passion and commitment to fishing.
I feel that I have something to give through the Carp Fishing Guide because I've taken so much out, now I want to give it back.... so that's why I've built this website for those who share my passion and want the best information. (Because there isn't a lot of information about Carp Fishing on the Internet).
The website's purpose is to give valuable content to people like yourself, from novice to experienced, there's is always something new to pick up no mater how good you think you are (you'll learn something new every time you visit).
I will be updating the content on this website on regular basis (I work on it every day just about) with researched information and from my personal experience, I've found out by trial and error over my 27 years. 
The past two years or so my daughter Amy has been with me, Amy's Fourteen years old now and is my best fishing buddy. She's caught two 15 lb plus (she's done very well and I'm proud of her) she's got her own rods and enjoys the sport just like her proud dad.
Amy also works with me on the Carp Fishing Guide by typing my articles for me, for which I am very grateful.
